"the daughter of Henry o Tyrrell, Co. Cullifer" Last name Tyrrell or Cullifer?r

They have his daughter referenced as Sarah(Cullifer)Duck, but say he is O Tyrrell  what does the Co. Cullifer stand for?

They have Henry Cullifer residing Tyrell County Virginia.  Maybe it is badly written?
Perhaps it is saying Henry of Tyrrell County - last name is Cullifer.

With only that to go by, it's a little difficult to discern meaning.
Yes,  It is not well written but all I have to go on right now.  I believe I have found a census, so I will proceed forward.

Co. Cullifer = County Cullifer and probably of Ireland

Thank you.  That is what I thought but the daughter is reference as Cullifer.
