How do i upload my Ancestry and 23&Me DNA test to this site?

This question is asked so often that it would surely be worthwhile looking at the wording to see if it could be improved.

It would be helpful to report the mitochondrial haplogroup from your 23andme results. You can still do this by editing the DNA kit information. This is a kind of data, but only a small portion of your results.

The simple solution is for WikiTree to duplicate the ADD tab and call it DNA, then new members would instinctively know where to look and get started. At the moment it is not at all clear where DNA options are, so the question is asked repeatedly and regularly. I can’t recall how clear the instructions are after that, but I did manage to stumble my way through them.

You don't.

Wikitree does not accept RAW DNA data!!

Wikitree only needs the details of your tests which you have already submitted.

It takes up to 30 hours for those details to propagate its way through the tree - when your profile is connected.

At this time your profile is not connected to the global tree so you won't get any "matches"

The sooner you add some ancestors and get yourself connected to the wikitree global tree, the sooner you can find out to whom you may be related.

With regards to your comment that you dont have any details of your paternal relatives, then you will need to use Ancestry and 23/me for your matches.

You can also upload your DNA data to My Heritage and to FT DNA for a small fee and find new matcdhes that way.

You can also uploaded your DNA to Gedmatch as well.
