The only certain ways would be to find her on an official document with both her maiden name and her married name or with her husband. That might in one of her parents' wills, in her marriage record to William, or perhaps in a death record for one of their children. Sarah died before death records were maintained by the State of Georgia, and William's will names his wife as Sarah. Her grave seems to be only marked with the initials "SFP."
