Is the profile preview broken

Question

I used to be able to see a persons spouse and children numbers when I pointed at a link on a list.  Now I actually have to click.  It was new last year sometime and I really liked it. Now it's not working. Does anyone know if it's coming back?

You probably turned it off, by accident, so you have to go to Settings to change it back.  Susan gave you a G2G about the issue.  Once you are used to it, you miss it when it gets turned off by accident!!  I know that personally.

It can be 'easily' turned off when you have the preview box visible and click in the bottom left corner of the box.

Thank you I probably did it by accident I recently had to get a new mouse the old one was very hard to control it was so old, and your tip about the preview box options is great.

I think most of us have turned it off 'by accident' and then gone crazy!!

You've probably switched it off by accident.  Go to the dropdown menu 'My WikiTree' and scroll down until you see 'settings'.  In the very first section of this ('Tools') you will see a check box for hiding profile previews.  Make sure it is unticked, then scroll to the bottom and save.
