The G2G forum might be confusing, I guess this is the case for Daisey.
Daisey, it is best to answer online in the forum, at the first question you started. You can find the questions you started in your menu on the top right of every page, once you have logged in.. 'My WiikiTree > G2G profile.
If that link is not there, you can find your feed in My WikiTree > My Feed. All posts are public for the whole world. Take your time in formulating an answer.
Please, as Marion says below this question, WikiTree is not a service, it is a joint effort by many volunteers from all over the world. Some take the time to look up information for others, as a kind gesture. They do that to help, without any warranty. I personally always ask people to first make a profile of the person they look information for, and post all the information they already have on it. That really makes it easier to help, as then we have the sources and explanations that guide everyone in the right direction.
If you are in real need, I am sure there are commercial genealogical aids in your country.
