Some time ago I created a profile for a deceased relative Jones-43693. I mistakingly added the email address of the relative’s grandchild to the profile and the grandchild accepted and became manager of the profile. This has caused issues for the grandchild, who wants now to add DNA results under that email address. How can we move the email address to the grandchild’s profile without shutting down the account?
