The graphic familytree or other versions, such as the topola tree, for Grietje Rozema (Rozema-158) has a same pair of ancestors (Geertsema-47 and Van_Til-54) for both her father and her mother, which is unusual, but correct in this case. This pair of ancestors is, however, shown separately for her father and separately for her mother, so that the pair appears twice in the graph. This seems strange and not correct.  One should expect the pair to appear once only.  Am I missing something?

The profile you link to is of a living person, so we cannot see it, nor the tree. Do you have another profile with the same issue?

It might be helpful to provide the details of the father and mother of Rozema-158, since I do not have another example. The father is Rozema-157 and the mother is Bouwman-263. One can see that they have a pair of common ancestors,Geertsema-47 and Van Til-54. In the graphic tree for Rozema-158 this pair appears twice, which does not seem correct. Is there anything I missed?

The problem is that only you can see the graphic tree for Rozema-158; we cannot see that tree, because that person is still alive.

For the topola tree, see the comment from the developer at https://www.wikitree.com/g2g/980221/genealogy-tree-visualization?show=980911#c980911, where he explains that he hasn't yet worked out how to deal with this situation elegantly so for the moment he just shows duplicates.

Thankyou about Topola. However, it is the same with the other trees such as the PRINTABLE TREE. Is this a common problem?

I think it is a general problem when you are trying to show the whole tree. If there is just one duplicate couple, like in your case, then it probably wouldn't look too bad having one extra set of lines stretching across the tree to both sets of descendants. But of course the trees need to be sufficiently general to work in all different situations, and some people from specific isolated communities will have multiple duplicate couples all over their trees. That makes it very challenging to find a general solution that doesn't sometimes just look like a complete mess that nobody can understand.
