How to clear a "lacks sources" message. [closed]

There is a note on Thornburgh-119 that says it lacks sources but there are sources posted. How can I clear this message?

Go to the edit screen for that profile. Note the text at the top that says {{Unsourced}}. That is Template:Unsourced. Delete it, and the warning box will disappear.
