Would anyone have supporting documentation for the following information, stating that William Selkrigg married Judith Wallace?

Page 176
28. Annis(4) Scovill {John(3) John(2), John(1), born May 23, 1744, at Waterbury; died there March 4, 1804; married there May 25, 1770, Nathaniel Selkrigg, born April 3, 1736, at Middletown, Connecticut; died about 1797 at Waterbury; son of William and Judith (Wallace) Selkrigg* of Middletown and Waterbury.

William Selkrigg and probably his son Nathaniel were members of the Church of England, probably of St. John's parish, Waterbury.

*William Selkrigg married Dec. 10. 1733, at Middletown, Judith Wallace, and had John, born June 15, 1734, beside above Nathaniel. He was a barber, and on Dec. 4, 1735, sold to Samuel Dwight for £16,12s.3d. "one certain small house scituate in the Township of Middletown, standing near the shipyard, in the town plott att the southeast Corner of Mr Ebenezer Hubbard's homelot on Land belonging to said Dwight, said house being eighteen feet in length and twelve feet in width." Middletown Deeds, vol. 7, p. 305. This
was probably his barber shop, and he seems to have left Middletown at about the time of the sale. [https://archive.org/details/surveyofscovilso00brai/page/176/mode/2up?q=%22William+Selkrigg%22]

The Families of Ancient New Haven, Volume III by Donald Lines Jacobus (p634) has a listing for Moses Frost, who married Else, daughter of William and Judith Selkrigg.

I hope that helps.

See https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/3:1:3QS7-89VP-5Q1D?i=117, right-hand side, 3rd of 5 blocks of entries.

This is from Town of Middletown, Births, Deaths, and Marriages, vol. 1 (1710-1790), p. 69, and reads:

I saw a reference to that marriage. Thank you for the exact sourcing.

I appreciate the interepretation.  However, as I started to add the information I found that it is also a matter of interpretation.  The name looks as if it is actually Judeth Mallaree.  I would appreciate more insight into this before making the change.  Please check again.  [https://www.ancestry.com/imageviewer/collections/61367/images/TH-1961-43914-4482-51?pId=900010897]
Any other opinions would also be welcome.  It has traditionally been interpreted as Mallaree.
Judith.
