Linda, I see that you have already added these citations to the profile. I know it is hard to be patient but it sometimes takes a day or so before you receive an answer to the question about adding information and sources.
It should be noted that Savage which informs these other secondary sources was known to Charles Anderson when he did not include Christopher Goodwin as the son of William Goodwin and Elizabeth White. This brings into question the origins of Christopher as being in Shalford, Essex which was the home of Wm and Elizabeth unless there is new documentation to support that theory. The Dowling and Hahn websites do not contain primary source documentation and so are not accepted as sources for pre-1700 profiles. When a website sites primary source information, please cite the primary sources and not the website. The City of Boston burial site does not appear to give information on this Christopher Goodwin -- the one in their database has a death year of 1718 while this Christopher Goodwin died 1683.
The Savage citation could remain on the profile but given the controversy of origins it would be good to give primary sources for the information it contains. I believe the other citations should probably be removed from this profile. It might help to have a look through the Help Index for the various discussions about sources which are OK for pre-1700 profiles.
