Big Y 700 Match

First Big Y-700 match with a STR difference of 2 of 581.  How do you figure which generation % the common ancestor would be?

Tip box in comparing Y-Dna 111 marker.  Looking for Big Y-700 Tip report.

She suggests it is because the no-calls with NGS sequencing make this harder. Seems to me they could still do it, but I guess they haven't.
TiP reports would rely on known mutation rates for those additional markers. That statistical info is not available yet.

I'd guess that once they figure out the rates, the TMRCA could be improved somewhat. Y700's SNP coverage is sufficient to provide a granularity of 83 years. Is it even possible for STR mutation analysis to beat that?
