Frederick Nathaniel "Toots" Hibbert died the other day. He was the first person to use the word "reggae" in a song. He's a notable, but I didn't find him on WikiTree. I'm just making sure I'm not missing something before creating a profile under the Black Heritage project.

I hope you can adopt, Dave. Since Toots was Jamaican, he doesn't fit in the US Black Heritage project?
