I replied to your other question about DNA but you are asking how to upload DNA for an ancestor. When you enter your test information, that test information will populate your ancestor's profiles within about 24 hours.
For future reference you can only upload your own test results. Living people must join and upload their own tests. If you have DNA for a deceased person and you manage their DNA account you can enter their information here on WikiTree.
