I need to find series Mary and John clearinghouse compiled by Burton Spear

I am trying to find copy of John Humphrey, Esq.'s will. He was a magistrate in the founding of Massachusetts Bay Colony and returned to England where he died by 1652.

This would be a challenge since there's 2 parts totaling 27 Volumes of "The Passengers of the Mary and John" by the Author "Burton W. Spear".

Also, this is copyright protected. Meaning that you would either need to be subscribed to a place where they're available to go through (like the NEGHS for example) or purchased somewhere like Amazon (and other authorized places who sells those books).
