Why is this family name not found by the search?

Question

I've created a few days ago the profile of Pierre Diserbeau and a handful of relatives (father, siblings).

How comes https://www.wikitree.com/genealogy/Diserbeau yields zero result? 

Never seen that bug before ...

Hi Bernard, I have done a search, and it shows 3 profiles for this name

Indeed, Ros. And from the Search page linked by Karen,

If I search for First Name "Pierre" and Last Name "Diserbeau" I have three results. But w/o Pierre, only the Last Name, no result. Idem for option 2 "View all WikiTree profiles that share this last name: Diserbeau.

In both cases I am redirected to https://www.wikitree.com/genealogy/Diserbeau, with an empty list.

This was also reported back in August.

A (mostly) behind-the-scenes update is going to happen next week that should fix this.

Yep (https://www.wikitree.com/g2g/1088142). That was the first time I had seen this bug, though.

In the meantime, you can use * in the first name field if you want to get the search results for Diserbeau without getting directed to the genealogy page.

I was about to post a new question today because I have this same issue again, forgot I had already asked. Fortunately G2G memory is better than mine.

does not find either Lucile Randon or her siblings or father.
