How do you create "memory boxes" in profiles like this one?

Question

At the bottom of this profile is a wonderful memory Box with a border.  How do you create these.  I have many stories about the Lett's from my late mother-in-law's book about her ancestors that I would like to add to the profiles.

Way down at the bottom of every profile, under the sources, is a box that says "Post New Memory." Click on that, write your memory, and submit.

I think the Memory box is only shown for profiles that are less than 150 years back.
