Confusing - Miles P death cert says birth 1869, but in 1880: 1910 census data about 1874  Is this the same man?  Father Henry widowed on 1910 census, but FindaGrave which isn't sourced, may be different family?  says wife died in 1913

Bud Williams's World War I draft registration card (here at ancestry.com, probably also at familysearch.org) has his birthdate as 11 December 1872. Looks like, as usual, they were pretty certain on 11 December, but a bit vague as to the year.
