I think more searching is required as there are records for marriage to Judith McClure, but also Warner has parents as George ane Judith Tapp. So are there 2 George’s?
It looks like Judith Tapp was married to Alvin McClure first, and then to George Marshall. I checked on FS and there's her original marriage to Alvin, then she's living as a widow in 1850, then she marries George as "Mrs Judith McClure"
Yes, this is all correct.  Warner Marshall is my grandfather and George W. Marshall is my great-grandfather.  I am stuck in finding George's parents.  I am looking for someone with a DNA connection to them but don't know how to use all the info on gedmatch. On ancestry.com I have only 1 person with a DNA connection to George, but hundreds with his wife Judith Tapp McClure so I know this is the right person.
Judith Tapp is the same as Judith Mclure.  Tapp is madien name McClure is first married name.

I've added a bunch of sources to George and Judith. It seems like Nathaniel, who's listed as his father right now, is a good candidate as he had a son named George living with him in 1850, who is the right age to be George W, Plus George W named his son Nathaniel. Unfortunately Marshall is such a common name it's difficult to be 100% sure. I would check probate records and land transfers in Knox Illinios to see if there's something more definite.

I have checked index to Knox probate records here; no entry for Nathaniel Marshall before 1874. Looking at land records now.

I found a land record, but it is going in the wrong direction - on 10 June 1854 George W. Marshall of Knox Co., IL, for $2,000 sells to Nathaniel Marshall of the same place (no relationship named) 6 town lots in the town of Victoria. See https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/3:1:3Q9M-C37H-417H?i=756, right hand side at bottom

As shown by the next following deed, the lots George W. Marshall sold are part of a larger set of lot George W bought that day from a land developer for $3,500.
