There doesn’t seen to be any evidence for his wife.  No marriage record, not named in will. His DAR record shows no wife, either.

WikiTree has Elizabeth's maiden name as Martin. If you go to the Find menu at the top right of this page and enter Lazarus Tilley's name, go down the page and enter his birth year, 1744. You can see there is only one Lazarus Tilley who was born in 1744. He was born in Virginia and died in Kentucky.
