Uploading photos

Question

I have photos to upload but when I "choose a photo to upload" it takes me to my files, not Goggle photos, where my photos are stored. What am I doing wrong?

You can only upload from your computer.  If the photos you want to use have a google url, you can link TO them.

These photos are on my chromebook. I guess I will have to make a photos folder in my files?

Yeah, if you want to upload rather than link-to, you will need the images on your computer -- or to be able to access your computer via another method.

Once you have them to where you can upload, David has given you a link to the FAQ for photos.

How do you add a photo

To add pictures to a profile simply click on an "[upload image]" link in the photo section.

This will enable you to browse your hard drive for a photo to upload.

After uploading you can edit the information about the photo, i.e. the who, what, when, and where.

Repeat this for as many photos as you like.
