The Thomas Fabb, son of John & Ann, christened in Runham on 30 November 1701 was buried 24 days later on 23 December 1701 according to the second cited source.
It's possible that his brother, Thomas Fabb, who was christened there in 1703 according to the text, later went on to marry a Mary who then had children in Norwich from 1732-1742, although I suspect it's more likley that he stayed in Runham and died there in 1766. It seems less likely that he would be the same Thomas who married Mary Paul in 1765 as he would be 62 by then.
I suggest a second Thomas is created for his brother to split these records.
