More German Translations, DNA mystery !

I have a DNA connection to a person who is related to John C Gielow, of Saginaw, Michigan.  His death certificate has his mother as Johanna E. Kroll and his father as Carl L Gielow.  The birthdate of John C Gielow on his death certificate and this birth record match exactly.

I believe that it is Johanna Elisabeth Caroline Knoll, but it is messy.  I think Johanna died, and Carl remarried before coming to the states.  I am not sure if Johanna was married previously or if she was illegitimate, so can someone help me translate this marriage and birth record in full?

Baptismal record:

Record 30. Born 28 May, baptised 31 May. Illegitimate, later legitimated. Father: Carl Gielow, servant/field laborer [Knecht] in Prasepohl, born in Goddin. Mother: Sophie Elisabeth Knoll, widow of Schöttler in Basepohl. Name of infant: Johann Carl Christoph Knoll (legitimated). Godparents: Joh. Carl Fried. Theodor Schumacher, servant boy in Stavenhagen; Christine Marie Ahlgrim, wife of day laborer A. [Ahlgrim] in Prasepohl; Joh. Carl Friedr. Knoll, servant/field laborer in Basepohl.
Marriage record:

[date cut off] Groom: Carl Ludwig Gielow, servant/field laborer [Knecht] in Basepohl. Bride: Johanne Elisabeth Knoll, widow of Schöttler. Groom's father: the deceased day laborer Daniel Christian Theodor Gielow of Goddin. Bride's father: day laborer Jochim Friedrich Knoll of Basepohl. Bride has been widow of her first husband Johan Friedr. Christian Schlötter, day laborer in Basepohl, since 21 March 1843.
So what we have here is that Johanna Knoll was a widow who had an illegitimate son Johann and then married the baby-daddy Carl (which therefore changed Johann's last name from Knoll to Gielow).
Beautiful. Doing a quick write up then.
Now the next mystery is, I have Johanna Knoll Gielow dying in 1874, and I have a Mecklenburg census for 1867 with Carl and Johanna, but in 1867 THIS Carl Ludwig is on a ship with Fredricka giving his residence as Zanow.  So, two different Carl Ludwig Gielows. So that one that died in Saginaw was NOT the father of the John C. Gielow that also lived in Saginaw.

Update: created another Carl Gielow, and moved images, and quoted your translations.  Thank you so much !

Now to message Find a Grave : )

I'm afraid geography matters here. The Carl Ludwig Gielow in the birth and marriage records was born in Goddin and worked in Basepohl, which are both hamlets very close to Stavenhagen in what is now the German state of Mecklenburg-Vorpommern and then would have been the Duchy of Mecklenburg (see English Wikipedia for Stavenhagen). The other John Gielow was from Zanow, which is now Sianów in the voivodeship of West Pomerania in Poland and then would have been in the Prussian province of Pommern (Pomerania). See English Wikipedia for this. These two places are nearly 150 miles from each other.

.

As for the church books for Zanow/Sianów - a copy of the church book duplicate for 1839 to 1874 has been preserved in the local Polish state archives and has been filmed by the LDS, but has not (yet) been digitized (by either the Poles or the LDS). So the information on the Gielow from Zanow would unfortunately not show up on ancestry.com or familysearch.com.
Thank you sir, I have maps of Pomerania taped to my wall, just for this reason.  My ancestors were from Alt Sommersdorf, which is just a few miles north of Ivenack, but in Vorpommern, not Mecklenburg, so I had to figure that historical border issue out.  I am just now getting into the Polish side of Pomerania.  History is Fun !
