What does the S1020 have at the bottom of the profile?  There should be a 'source' that has the S1020 with more information on what it relates to. That is the format used with Gedcom loaded information. If you don't find it on th profile, check the Changes log to see if the source was removed.  I have found the information there many times because people don't understand it is needed when used in a reference in biography.  It also may be in a relative's profile or changes log.

I normally expand the Reference citation to include the source information from the bottom to replace the Snnnn information in the biography, combining sources as needed.

Most of it can be removed -- or, at the very least, rewritten.

see: https://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Help:GEDCOM-Created_Biographies#Sections_you_can_delete

the "Source: [[#S1020]]" in particular, is an gedcom internal reference that no longer has any meaning after being imported. One might possibly suggest that its a bug in the was the gedcom import is being processed -- or a bug in how it was exported to begin with.

either way, it ends up here as a sort of circular reference to itself, that's now useless

technically, the [[#S1020]] is an html link to an anchor tag later on the page... as Linda suggests, check to see if its still there.

but in my experience, even if it is, it usually points to useless information, and not an actual source.
