I’m researching Bertie (Harris) Morrison and need a source proving her parentage such as a copy of her birth certificate

I’m a retired library tech researching the genealogy of Bertie (Harris) Morrison 1885-1975, wife of James Donald Morrison 1884-1957.  They are the grandparents of my husband.  I’m having trouble locating a link between Bertie and her parents who are possibly Wilson Lumpkin Harris and Margaret Wilson Harris.  I would love to see a birth record for Bertie validating the connection.  I can’t find a census record or any other record that mentions Bertie as the daughter of Lumpkin and Margaret Harris.  I would appreciate anyone who can make this connection.  Thank you.

To aid in the search: we are talking about Bertie Harris, born 29 Nov 1885 in Tennessee, died 28 Sep 1975, buried in McMinn County, TN, where her purported parents were married in 1875. See Bertie's Findagrave here

Bertha Harris married J. D. Morrison in McMinn County in February 1902, at which point she was 16 - but there is no mention of her parents in the marriage record (at ancestry.com). The only Bertie Harris in McMinn County in the 1900 census is one born in 1890, who can be traced to a Bertha Harris who married there in 1908.

Thank you C-H Geschwind.  You came to the same dead end as I have.  I’m still hoping for concrete evidence of Bertie’s or Birdie’s parentage.  I appreciate your prompt response.

If Birdie had a Social Security number she would have had to provide some evidence of her birthdate,  If nothing else pans out it might be worth paying for a copy of her Soc Sec application (you can request it online).
Thank you Marion for confirming what I have thus far.  I’ve often thought how nice it would be if Social Security and FindAGrave listed the parents.  I’ve considered adding this info to FindAGrave records but haven’t asked them how to do it.  Will get around to it soon, I hope.  This with Bertie/Birdie has been so frustrating.
I have her birth date but haven’t been able to validate her parentage.  No census or birth records have turned up but you give me an idea that maybe I can check into purchasing a birth certificate.  Thank you for responding Kathie.
