Trying to trace family to Nancy Langhorne Astor

Question

I'm trying to trace my Paternal family of Langhorne to see if we are connected to the Chiswell Dabney Langhorne family of Albemarle County VA or Nancy Langhorne Astor.  Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
