Perhaps a unique name or just a statement

Question

Bio says a childs name. Can't be, surely!

Not found a source that would fit. 

If a statement, then I have only found five siblings born in Hull, Yorkshire to James Hansell & Jane.

Think Seven Children will become one of five siblings.
