The entry for Paula is a mess. She is listed as being born in 1044 - her supposed father died in 1036. One of the children: Herice is listed as being born in 1022, 14 years before Paula was born. She should probably be removed from both of the parents and Herice should also be removed as her child. I'm moving her to G2G.

I've added tags for France, Medieval, and pre-1500 to bring your post to the attention of project members.
Thanks, Darlene.

Proper sources are the only way to move forward. Maybe someone will come forward with places to search.

Please also see the recent discussion here.

As I pointed out there, reputable genealogy sites that have dealt with this family include the Henry Project, Cawley's Medieval Lands, and Leo van de Pas's Genealogics. The first two of these cite and discuss a wide array of primary sources. Meanwhile, Wikitree is, as Dan said, a mess here (as it still is in many parts of medieval genealogy, despite the best efforts of the Euroaristo project - that project started with far too big an initial burden of pre-2016 Gedcom junk).

I've detached Herice as Paula's child and also detached Maine-30 as her father.  Perhaps interested parties can review the sources noted below by C-H to help correct the relationships.
