Edits on "Main" Personal categories can't be done

Question

I tried to edit my personal category and, instead, was taken to my profile. Another leader also tried to edit hers with the same result. We can edit the subcategories, but not the main category. Is this part of the new coding and possibly a bug in it?

Sounds to me like this could be related to the category bug described by Danielle at https://www.wikitree.com/g2g/1110112/background-code-changes-noticing-any-problems?show=1110851#a1110851. You might like to add your issue to that thread to make sure it gets fixed at the same time.

Thanks for pointing that out, Nat.  I tried to edit my main personal category and it takes me to my profile in edit mode.

The system was getting confused when it saw categories with names that looked like WikiTree IDs. We've figured out a fix and it should be made live soon.
