Who was the parents of Lieut Paul William Tooley?

Hello,

A long time ago I photographed Essenhof Cemetary for regrettably Billion Graves, curious to see what had been added to FindaGrave I took a look an came across the memorial for Paul Tooley, I noticed he was one of the few pilots from WWII that has unknown origin. I scoured the Internet and managed to find information about his birth, now I am hoping someone who have access to English records could be so kind and see if they can find his parents and hopefully attach him to the tree where he belongs. 

Any takers?

It looks as though his birth was registered in the 1st Quarter of 1924, in the Nottingham registration district.  Mother's Maiden Surname : Garner.  Volume 7b Page 718. (Per FreeBMD)

It also looks as though his parents may be Frederick W J Tooley and Violet M Garner, marriage registered 3rd Quarter 1921, West Derby, Lancashire, Volume 8b Page 989.

(Cannot find another Tooley=Garner marriage in the timeframe for a 1923 birth.)

His probate record (https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:W7WL-P3ZM) says that probate was granted to Frederick William Johnson Tooley and his wife Violet Margaret Tooley. 

His birth record (https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:QV3D-1L4H) says that his mother's maiden name was Garner.

Frederick W J Tooley married Violet M Garner in 1921 (https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:QVZK-DH55), so it looks highly likely that they are his parents.

The 1939 register (free-to-view image at https://www.ancestry.co.uk/sharing/21584596?h=4d4c0d) gives the date of birth for Frederick W J Tooley as 3 July 1899 and for his wife Violet as 15 September 1896. Frederick is working as a Wholesale Fruit and Potato Merchant, which matches what is written in Lieut Paul William Tooley's biography. Frederick's birth date also matches the birth and death records posted by Melanie.
