How does one use the spreadsheet?

If I have some time to work on the orphans--how would I start? Some examples would be very helpful--and this should be a FAQ, because I'm not the only capable but ignorant newbie out here!

Coleen can you check out Wikitree on Youtube on your TV? If not just follow along on your computer. Even without the sound the visual instructions should be quite revealing. You can always 'rewind if you miss a step.
