Thank you.  George H Brown is my husband's grandfather.  Robert never had children, but it is believed that he married later in life.  Date and location of death unknown.

There are records on familysearch.org (free site)

"United States Census, 1920," database with images, FamilySearch(https://familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:MJCB-WCJ : accessed 25 September 2020), Harry Brown, Mount Carmel Ward 3, Wabash, Illinois, United States; citing ED 222, sheet 9B, line 80, family 237, NARA microfilm publication T625 (Washington D.C.: National Archives and Records Administration, 1992), roll 410; FHL microfilm 1,820,410.

Unfortunately, this is the wrong Harry Brown according to the relatives listed in the census.

Harry's parents were Jonathan Edward Brown and Elizabeth Fife.  His wife was Anna Hart who died at childbirth.  I can't find Harry Brown after the birth of the twins, Robert and George, 10 Mar 1884. Family hearsay is that he died when the twins were 12 yrs old.

There are a couple of county histories that may be consulted:

A History of Stephenson County pub'd in 1910 - note that this one appears to be in several volumes, link is to vol 1

A History of Stephenson County pub'd in 1880

And, a human may help more than digitized info:
