Hi, it’s me Cliff.

How are you all.  Everyone has been nice.

This website is great, but it is a load to remember everything , so if I neglect to do the proper thing, I apologize in advance.

I have been looking for my mother’s ancestry, on both sides, Turner and Smith, and both seem to have unlimited options.

There are stories that my mom told me, about her mother being an orphan, from Ireland, that do not seem to mesh with the few records that I have been able to associate with her.

I was hoping someone might have a suggestion, they were from the Cumberland Md., Bedford PA, and West Virginia area in their earlier years, then moved to Akron, Ohio.  Rebecca, Mae Smith(Turner) died in 1945, in Akron, she was buried at Mt. Peace cemetery, but they seem to have no real record of that when I went there.  

If anyone has any pointers, it would be appreciated.

You have her middle name as Mae or May. This will raise a suggestion (error) report. I suggest you change it to Mae and mention the possible spelling variation in the biography.

Have you tried looking on the free site familysearch.org? They have an easy copy for pasting section in their records. So easy to use.
