Does 3 different dna marks of R-M269 mean they are related?

These three are John Roberts, Jeremiah Meek and an old William Blevins with all having hologroup R1b.

Yes, they are definitely related. But based on the R-M269 haplogroup, the relationship is through a man born roughly 4000-10,000 years ago. They would also be related to over 110 million other R-M269 men.
Oldest one born 1691 and other two were born in 1773 and 1788.  So what does this mean?    This is a question about the Long-hunters of Watauga Settlement.
It's the most common European haplogroup. You can't infer anything at all here.
