anyone want to help link this WW2 Victoria Cross recipient to the tree?

His statue caught my attention in a park.  He is in Wikipedia etc -- see the profile for links to the story of his attempts to save his crewmate's life.

It's great that connecting him also created a connection to New Brunswick.  The missing link, Herman Horseman is my 5th cousin.
