System Creating Double Profiles [closed]

Question

A HEADS UP: The last 48 hours I have had two instances where the system created two profiles of my data as I was entering a new person. The one yesterday was the first of twins, so I turned the second into a different child.  Today it has happened again. If you need to read the code, they are Burleson-1359, Burleson-1360, Burleson-1362, and Burleson-1363. Thanks for what you do for all of us!
