Is there any corroboration between Legacy 9 & WikiTree?

NO

There is no affiliation between Wikitree and Legacy family tree.

Legacy is owned by My Heritage and has access to their records.

If you have your tree on Legacy 9 (as I do) you can download a GEDcom and upload it to Wikitree - and then go through the GEDCompare program to have your tree intergrated into the Wikitree Global tree.
