wrong location name

the town Santa Maria del Giudice, Lucca  is proposed as 

San Maria del Guidice, Lucca, Lucca, Toscana, Italia .

Is correct the town name in the cemetery

You don’t have to use the name in the drop down menu. You can use the name that appears on the record or certificate.

Yes, of course, but is a wrong indication for not Italian genealogist.

I think, as other mistake, is better to have a correct name .
