adding niece and nephew

I am trying to add my late brother's children onto his profile.

His wife (Lo-44)  was added by me, but she doesn't use wikitree at all.  

How do I add his children?

If the children are minors you can’t. If they are deceased you can. As to adult living children what do they say to being added?

Not quite so. You can add minor children so long as they are 13 or older.  Only the parent/s can add children under the age of 13.

My question would be  - should you add children without parental consent?
