I found a marriage certificate for Minnie Elizabeth Andrews naming Peter Andrews of Newfoundland as the father and Jessie Cutler as the mother. Marriage took place in Halifax 28 June 1930. Sorry, nothing more about Peter.

I found a site of vital statistics for Newfoundland at the following site. It will take quite a lot of patient looking through these records to find what you need. There seems to be no searchable indexes. Happy hunting......
