Help with a german birth record on archion.

Is johan Heinrich illegitimate?  If so, is his father's name mentioned.

Yes, he is illegitimate ("unehl.", which is abbreviation for "unehelich"), and his father is "supposed to be Johann from Übers Mohr". Note that there are a lot of moors or bogs in this area, so "Übers Mohr" may merely mean "other side of the moors".

Full translation: "Margreta Aberlings from Abheriche's illegitimate son Johann Henrich; the child's father is supposed to be Johann from Übers Mohr.

There were two Johan Heinrich's listed in the index.  One with a father and this one.  Unfortunately, the marriage record in the index is associated with this record.  It would appear they did not know the father's family name.  Looks like a brick wall in the building.   Thanks C-H !!  As always, great work.
