I found FRANK and MARY SNOWDEN on the 1900 St. Louis Ward 1, St. Louis Co., Missouri Census, living on Thatcher Avenue; census information is transcribed below:
Head of household, FRANK SNOWDEN, age 41, born Jan 1859 in Pennsylvania, married 14 years, parents born in Pennsylvania, he rents his home, his occupation is "millwright".
Wife, MARY SNOWDEN, age 37, born Oct 1862 in Illinois, married 14 years, she has had 9 children, with 6 still living, father born in Delaware, mother born in New Jersey.
Son, HENRY SNOWDEN, age 13, born Mar 1887in Missouri.
Son, GEORGE C SNOWDEN, age 8, born Apr 1892 in Missouri.
Son, CHARLES F SNOWDEN, age 5, born Aug 1894 in Missouri.
Daughter, MAGGIE SNOWDEN, age 4, born Mar 1896 in Missouri.
Son, ROBERT W SNOWDEN, age 1, born April 1891 in Missouri.
I also found this family on the 1910 Census, where we learn that the middle name of ROBERT W SNOWDEN is WILLIAM; and they have had another child, WALTER SNOWDEN, born about 1901.
Was unable to find this family on the 1920 Census, but did find MARY SNOWDEN on the 1930 Central, St. Louis Co.,Missouri Census. MARY is widowed by this Census.
There are several family trees on Ancestry.com, but they are "private", which means I cannot view them.
But, they do show the following information: FRANK DALLAS SNOWDEN, born Jan 11, 1858 in Bedford, Pennsylvania, died Oct. 24, 1929 in St. Louis, Missouri. Married MARY IRENE WARD, his parents are THOMAS M and MARY SNOWDEN.
