Make sure to use the 1776 Sticker, not just 1776 since it has changed. Use the Category builder icon in the icon list above the biography, enter American Revolution state and see what comes up as possible categories that have been created. Once you find what you want, even if it is just the state Militia, I select that entry which creates the Catalog entry into the profile. I copy the catalog entry (without the words Catalog) and use that in the Unit field in the template.
