Disproven Existence notice for Penn Project profile of Hester Allen b. abt. 1670

Question

From the notes in the bio:

Uncertain existence

Note: Adopting orphan and disconnecting Hester as the daughter of Samuel Allen-1783 and his wife Mary Unknown-179058. Hester is commonly included with this family, however I'm not finding any documented sources that include her with the other children of Samuel & Mary Allen. Powell-5629 19:49, 12 September 2015 (EDT)

Further research has shown nothing but unsourced family trees that could be mistake, conjecture, copied from each other.

Does Hester play a role in any popular genealogies, i.e. does she show up as anybody's alleged ancestor anywhere?  Or is she simply an unwanted appendage to a real family?

I wonder if she was confused with this Hester Allen, a daughter of a different Samuel Allen?  Years are off a bit, but possible:
