The OVB might be something related to a gedcom import, because it was on other profiles (and subsequently removed).
It may also be something specific to Sth Aus, for which we'd need someone up on things South Australian.

ETA - it may be something specific to the "KHH ancestor upload.ged" - because that's where I'm seeing it.

If you google for it, you'll find Wikitree results and myheritage results that show its use. The WT results I checked had it, since removed, and my very small sampling showed they were imported by the KHH ged I posted earlier. It was this that makes me believe it is ged specific.
