I'm on an older computer system and don't use Chrome or WikiTree-x. A couple of times while on Ranger Duty, I've seen an explanation similar to the one I just used as the subject line. When I checked them out before, they seemed to be improving the profile, although the formatting looked a bit off to me.

But this one, for Merritt-1105, appears to have destroyed info that might have been useful. Looking at the changes, the map coordinates that had been in the bio were split & scattered. I've added that info back to the profile, but I'm wondering if maybe the map coordinates were inaccurate? If not, maybe a tweak to the WikiTreeAGC is needed to treat coordinates better?

I'm sure that Rob would be happy to format map co-ordinates in any appropriate manner, but when he first hit profiles with them I couldn't find anything on WT that used the co-ordinates.  If you know better, please do let us know: the only way that AGC can be improved is by people letting Rob know about such things.

Generally he works from the page GEDCOM Created Biographies (and associated pages) to work out what to do with the details 'he' finds, but there seems to be a lot not listed in those pages that just takes an 'educated guess'. ;)

I can get lost inside a paper bag even with directions (it was world-changing for me when MapQuest came out with directions... 1998 or so?), so I definitely do not know better! It was one of the reasons I posted here - I thought that perhaps the coordinates given did not conform to some parameter or other.
