How to navigate? [closed]

I'm new to this website, started Oct. 2. Can someone help me figure out the basic's? as I'm confused and kind of lost.

 I know it is going to involve you in a lot of reading and poking and prodding to find out how the "system" works, but it is no more difficult, LOL, than if you decided you would take a course at the local college Introduction-To course in anatomy, biology, marketing, banking & finance, Conversational German ... 

And if the page you read isn't quite clear enough for you do NOT hesitate to ask about this point or that point ...

If you go up to the top right of the page and click on Find, the find menu will open up and you can click on any of the items on that menu. Projects would be one item to look into.

Also, you could click on Help which is just to the right of Find. You could explore any of the items on the help menu.
