Can I make my Family tree which is on Ancestry available to selected genealogists on Wikitree ?

Yes, one way to do that is if your tree on Ancestry.com is not private, you can include a link to your tree at Ancestry.com on your profile page which is what I've done on my WikiTree profile page. If it is private, you could invite people to contact by email you so you can give them access over there. Just go back to your profile page and edit the gray section at the top to include the link or text you want to include. You can personalize that section.
