Dark mode feature?

The question has been answered above, but poorly in my opinion.

Native dark mode would have been much better. Inverting the screen isn't practical for me, as I use programs which already has dark mode. Turning it on and off all the time gets annoying after a while. It's only a new Settings field and some CSS.

Though I'm always in for Dark-Mode/Night-Mode as I feel that many/most websites would be much easier on the eyes as well as making the text information pop out (so to speak) as well.

"My opinion" would be that I don't feel that this idea is a bad one at all and maybe it's on the WikiTree "Geek Squad" Teams to-do list, it is likely not a high priority in nature.

With that stated...

Many Browsers (like Chrome, Firefox, Waterfox, etc...) have the ability to use optional extensions, addons, etc... that allows for this Dark style feature that's very effective and some are even customizable (in one or more ways) that does work for many individuals on WikiTree.

I support this feature, but I hope that the above information, option, suggestion, etc... was explained okay via text.

Good Luck! :-)

I use the Dark Mode (by extension/add on) wherever possible. The problem is that when I go to the lists created by WikiTree+, I have to switch to Light Mode, because I don't see in the Dark Mode, which profiles I have touched to see if there are sources. The color change between "untouched link" and "touched link" is not visible in Dark Mode. Don't ask me why that is, I have no clue, but it is that way.
I personally use dark mode for most things and would like this, but yeah, it's way low on the priority list.

I agree with Brian. This is a great idea.

I use an Apple iPad in dark mode 24/7 and it is mush easier on my eyes. It would help me if WikiTree would support dark mode.

P.S.: on the flip side, when I need a bright light in the dark, I just bring up the G2G forum.
