I have a JPG of a scanned church registry record of birth. How do I add that as a source?

You could upload it to a space page, then link to the space page.

You may upload it like an image. Then mark it as source (check box).

Then create a citation like Laura says.

To use it as a source you will also need to create a citation. That way anyone who looks at it will know where you found it and, where they can find it.
