At WikiTree, we don’t delete; we merge the profiles.

Although you can propose the merges at the one time, they should be completed  from the earliest person, down through the line.

Exactly what profiles are duplicated?  You will probably have to merge them one profile at a time, but it depends on the shape of the profiles.
